X Chromosomal Similarity of Human vs. Primates - D3.js by Colby Ford

Two different visualizations are used to see different parts of the information. The bar chart shows the percentage of X chromosomal DNA that humans share with other primates. The matrix shows the presence or absence of an amino acid DNA segments by showing a square if present (and shared by both human and that primate) and nothing if the DNA segment absent in the primate.You may download the original genomic data at Ensembl.org/Homo_sapiens.
